2021-05-19 01:25:49 +0000 UTCGood episode but man I can't get rid of this impression that every episode feels like highlights from the webtoon rather than an full adaptation, I haven't managed to immerse myself into the story at all with the anime, when that's supposed to be one of the webtoon's biggest strengths, I like y'all's reaction to the episodes tho, I look forward to it more than to the ep itself rn, also I've seen you've reacted to SL so I wonder if you plan on doing it for TOG too, I'd love to see it!

If the anime lines up where I think it'll line up with the Manwha by the end of this season, then Bam at the start of next season and the Bam you've seen so far will be vastly different people, and that'll be a good thing because Bam is portrayed as the main character for a reason, even though he hasn't really done much main character shit yet. Also when you mention the flow of battle I understand what you mean, I took a look at the animation studio who is doing Tower of God and it looks like they are known for their work on Lupin the third series and Phantasy Star Online anime, all I got to say is they should have chosen the studio behind One Punch Man or the studio behind My Hero Acadamia and the fight scenes would be way more impactful. I really hope the fight choreography gets better as the series progresses. At the very least they better make sure next season is better since that's where our main character will actually be putting in work, it'll suck if the animation quality continues to be so low.
