2023-12-08 14:46:34 +0000 UTCNah because even in season 1, the beam went through everything, even the core of the planet to come out on the other side, so people aren't slowing down the spread or preventing the spread getting through, otherwise senku wouldn't have been the only one unphased, with that logic, if everyone just hid behind one person or a couple people, you would be unaffected by the beam.
