2023-12-05 15:19:55 +0000 UTCYou know the thing I actually like the most about this movie is that Puberty Syndrome has almost no effect on the plot. Sure, Kaede briefly has a relapse of her symptoms and there's the setup for the next arc, but the main conflict is entirely separate from any instances of Puberty Syndrome. I think that really helps emphasize that this is a group of people that all care about and are willing to help each other, even if there's not a supernatural cause to the problems. It's a fun change of pace and shows that, even without the supernatural element, this series is a master at character and relationship writing.
