2024-03-10 03:28:08 +0000 UTCTbf, i don’t necessarily even know if it was time contraint reasons. Anime has a habit of avoiding the MC doing questionable things. So wouldn’t surprise me if they just didn’t wanna show something as dark as the MC performing a brutal execution on an injured man. They did also kinda avoid talking about what type of assault happened to the man’s daughter. But they have shown some scenes out of order. So who knows, maybe it’ll be in a flashback.

2024-03-10 00:10:01 +0000 UTC19:00 I'm a big BIG advocate for how music is layered on a scene. How it begins to build in intensity and how ominous it gets is A+. The way it sounds reminds me of a few other anime I've heard this style utilized in. Frieren, Danmachi, Wandering Witch Elaina, Imminence in Shadow, Worlds best assassin reincarnated as an Aristocrat, and Mushoku Tensei to name a few off the top of my head.
