2022-03-12 01:21:09 +0000 UTCI'm surprised no one has said it yet so I guess I'll be that guy lol This is a parody of a Japanese story kind of like Momotaro and the peach. From what I understand a man saves a turtle by returning him to his home. The home happened to be this castle ryugujo. There he stayed for a little while and fell in love with the queen or princess or whatever. But he was missing his old life. He decided to go back and even tho she was heartbroken the queen said her goodbyes and gave him a box. It was supposedly beautiful but he was not allowed to open it. When he returned to the surface it turned out something like 500 years passed. Apparently a month in ryugujo castle, was centuries in the real world. Everyone he knew was gone and he didn't know how to continue on in this advanced world. He decided to open the box, when he did all 500 years rushed through him until he was dust. I might be wrong in some areas but the fable has all these elements
