And the reason they showed the glasses blurring his vision and dao dao uppercutting the shit out of that trafficker and the blonde guy being able to stand was their way of showing that the possessor isn't bound by the limitations of the body they take over. that's why even though the character from the basket ball team needed glasses xiaoshi didn't need them when he was possessing him

2022-03-24 01:44:22 +0000 UTCHad it just ended with saving Emma, I'd have been very happy with the show because almost everything came together to him correcting his biggest fuck up. I like happy endings. The ending we got is also great but while there is a very slight chance that the next season doesn't live up to Season 1, it is less worrying considering it seems like the director/creator had plans for this from the beginning from what he has said. He said it would take 2 years to produce Season 2, so most likely early 2023. Also, the pictures at the end of Episode 5.5 were sent in by fans along with what kind of memory they had with that picture. There's a reddit post translating all the messages if anyone's interested.

The last thing she remembered was her about to be saved and was moving away from the edge to grab Cheng Xiaoshi's hand... Series started with her and ended with her. That's wild.
