Yep its a Starship Troopers mixed with Princess Kaguya whos been trapped on the Moon, Season 2 Episode 3 Miyuki explains the Story and that if it was him he'd drink the Elixir then go to the Moon to rescue Princess Kaguya and bring her back to Earth

In Japanese, the word for "noisy" is "urusai," but that's actually never used to describe a loud voice. Instead, the same word for "big/huge" is used, which is "dekai." So it makes for a funny pun as far as the Japanese language is concerned, but wouldn't make much sense in English.

A sequel to the season 1 ED, a parody of Starship Troopers (which I didn't even know Japan really knew about), and a continuing of the Tale of Princess Kaguya where Shirogane told her that he'd have drunk the elixir and fought to rescue Kaguya from the moon. This season's going to be amazing, but I just can't believe the sudden quality of the ED.
