And when you consider how many more episodes are left for season 4, I'm sure they're saving up their talent and budget for the big stuff later on.

Staff to make Bell only use the Hakugen in this fight to make him using Argo Vesta that much more impactful so that was done super on purpose at the request of Omori-Sensei. neat

2022-08-19 20:35:11 +0000 UTCI am fine with the way the death happened this whole episode was top tier. It reminds me of the episode where bell first fought the minotaur. Speaking of the minotaur another reason I am fine with the death being simple for this monster is because its a basic but strong ass monster. I expect when bell kills the minotaur for it to be grand af because he has been the big monster that actually means something in the series so far. This monster showed up and got clapped in like 4 episodes max. The fight and moment of glow up bell got was the real shit here. It is weird tho that the monster didn't seem to drop anything after all of that but maybe that is because it became sentient or whatever.... Maybe they will explain it idk but I am happy either way

2022-08-19 02:53:22 +0000 UTCits hard to explain what Bell did and they dont go over it more later on so, essentially he hit the Hestia Knife with a Firebolt and then used Argonaut to hold the Firebolt in the knife, so without Argonaut he wouldn't be able to do that and doing so takes a lot of Mind (MP) so it is a finishing move that he has to be careful of. oh and gods cant have kids so Bell is the (allegedly) adopted grandson of Zeus (not confirmed who his grandpa is yet wink wink but yeah not confirmed or denied yet in the books)

Lili was holding onto the potions because they would be a last resort for healing, also they wouldn't work on anyone infected with the vines so they were somewhat useless to them. There was no crystal cause Bell blasted it into oblivion, ARGO VESTA!!!!! oh and the Bell noise is part of whenever Bell uses Argonaut, there is a bell chiming to signal that he's charging.

This is the semi end of volume 12 of the LN's for season 4 the next episode should cover the big thing I mentioned they skipped in episode one so that will fix that and then we will move onto the content from vol 13 of the LN's but for this final fight, here's what they cut. As the trend continues not much was cut just minor changes and some things moved around. The 3 big ones were when Dormul and Luvis told Hestia Familia to abandon them, Lili had an internal scene where the "Dirty, mud covered Prum that lived in her heart tried to persuade her to abandon them, to do the smart thing and get back to the surface, to be smart and Logical like the captain of Loki Familia Finn, but that involved some of the stuff they cut from Season 2 so they couldn't really shoe horn it in but as you saw it ended how it did with her doing for others what Bell did for her, then his epic ass entrance. the 2nd one would be when they were watching Bell fight the Moss Huge (Loved its final design btw was awesome and looks Monstrous) there was less dialogue and it was only really Mikoto who put together that Bell was "out of sync" with his body before, remembering something Takemikazuchi talked to her about in regards to Haruhimes' level up magic. For regular adventurers, going past level 3 really messes with their sense of strength, they move faster and slower than they intend to, they hit harder than they mean to, essentially their Mind cant fully control their body yet, they have to get used to their new strength 1st. For top tier Adventurers like Loki Familia's Sword Princess Ais or Freya Familia's Ottarl a few battles is all they need to get a grasp on themselves but as Welf said Bell is leveling up like a double xp weekend so he was actually really struggling but the Iguacu fight helped him get everything to click into place. and the last thing for the Final Moss Huge fight it was 2 minor things, for when the fight started Bell drew both his knives not just Hakugen, he hit the Moss Huge with what the book called a rush attack, shaving away from inside the enemy's guard while avoiding all the enemy's attacks, and the last hit, that Argo Vesta had a bit more impact in the LN's but with whats coming up later most of us assume they are saving the budget for the big big battles later on. But with that we come to the end of Vol 12's content (minus the next episode) and now we hit the juicy part of the Expedition arc, catch you all Next week.
