Also his name was already Reg when he met Faputa long before Riko, but when he met Riko she named him after the dog she had when she was little (Reg). Her mom must have named him Reg after her daughters dog.

Riko named him after a dog she had when she was little (Reg), but clearly his name was already Reg long before he met Riko. That must mean that Riko's mom must have named him after her daughters dog, the only people we know of that could have given him that name are Riko and Lyza her mom,

It very well could be but I am more interested if its the fact that his mentor is involved with creating him, however it may have happen if it gets explained, or if its just a mentor that helped him learn how to fight. I can only see it being the mom if it was simply her mentoring reg how to fight better. I remember at some point reading the mom's notes that she stated she noticed reg hiding and observing her so I guess that means reg definitely was around sometime before riko's mom came around. One of my biggest questions is still wanting to know how Reg was created or came about in the abyss. Especially with his capability of using kamehameha out of his hand lol. It literally has the ability to obliterate anything in the abyss.

People still sleeping on this series bro.... Its a shame. This and danmachi are ultimately my favorites for this season so far. They just been great.

Also I didn't even notice this but someone commented it that hes carrying what seems to be Lyza pickaxe when he met faputa.
