This hits so close to home. Having my own non contact ligament tear in the ankle when I was playing lacrosse. (The tear happened outside of it though) It really is terrifying to keep going knowing you can lose something you’ve worked so hard for. Mad props to Chigiri’s character writing, cause that “feeling of joy” truly is one of the only things that can keep you going. Wish I woulda had this to look to when going through it myself. Definitely my new fav character!
