Imagine you're watching a show with a friend, and literally every single time one specific character is on screen, they say, "Oh I hate this character"... like every single time. "Oh btw, I hate this character"... "Did I ever mention that I hate this character?" "OMG dude I hate this character." Meanwhile, you're sitting there just tryna watch the show lol. Like, "Aight, that's cool. I heard you the first time. Or are you trying to convince yourself?" XD

2022-12-07 02:29:45 +0000 UTCI'm quite happy with the liberties and extra scenes/moments MAPPA added this episode. Fit in very well with the content that was from the manga. But yeah, not everyone needs to like Kobeni, but we all gotta admit she showed out this episode (albeit briefly). Himeno wasn't kidding when she said Kobeni has the moves. Lol she's like Zenitsu.... normally they're annoying and wimpy, but when the switch is on, they don't fuck around lol.

2022-12-07 00:53:25 +0000 UTCMakima definitely steals the spotlight here, but can we take a second to appreciate the absolute brutality of how Kobeni killed that old lady? It happened between panels in the manga, so the show got to choose how she actually killed her. I was absolutely not prepared to see Kobeni basically execute an old lady, without even a second of hesitation. I expected it to be off-screen or maybe a shot to the chest after she took the gun. Nope, Kobeni puts it right under her chin and pulls the trigger. Amidst all the over-the-top violence of this episode, that moment stood out to me because it's so simple and sudden.
