This is where Gintama really shines with pulling off extremes. Going from Rambozaki to Zenzo's ass apocalypse (which still has me crying laughing) to a penis joke to the end of the episode with Gintoki screaming. Sorachi truly goated. And as you saw, they add stuff as it is revealed in the OP, which is why the op itself doesn't contain spoilers. And to answer your question, the only other time he screamed out of concern, like this, was in the Four Devas Arc
