In an effort to improve the image, I'll be rendering it in full colour, but I'll also make slight changes to any anatomical problems I can find. In this arena, I'm happy to hear any constructive critique you can offer! I've so far enlarged Ciaran's head as it was a little small, and removed his 'wandering scrotal sac' which was pointed out as being too far back ;). Two things I'm considering: adjusting his arm position so that there's less awkward overlap with his hip/thigh. The second would be to just slightly adjust the line of his spine so it's in line with the angle of his hips/ground plane.

I'm not sure if she just folds it up enough that it lines up perfectly with him from this angle, but that's what I can see thus far.

2018-01-10 18:28:22 +0000 UTCThe only other anatomical nitpick I can come up with might be lowering his angle of penetration a little so more of the top of her vulva is visible, instead of the entire thing being squished inwards by his penis. You don't really do this as far as I can recall, but a lot of artists draw the vulva like inside the labia and immediately below the clitoris is just a gaping hole, so you'll see penetration shots with the dick bordering the clit. Basically... let's see some more pussy detail! ;D I think everything else about the anatomy and pose works.
