and from the note they got from the clinic they got lifhua since she has 30 servants if each servent buy a little of the stuff and all are scented being around that much scents probably caused lifhua to miscarriage. Gyokuyō is fine because she only has 5 servants and mao mao prob already told her what to avoid. whoever is doing this prob knows mao mao is there and like before they are putting many plans in motion so even if mao mao stops some she can't be everywhere all the time they are going to catch her by surprised or have her be the scapegoat and have her killed or sent away and then they will go seriously after lady Gyokuyō

Also, it seems like someone found out Concubine Gyokuyou and possibly Concubine Lifhua are pregnant so their trying to cause them to miscarry by unknowingly drinking and eating teas & spices that can cause miscarriages. Then making sure the scented oils get popular enough to the point where every lady-in-waiting will be around their concubine in strong smelling oils that affect pregnancies is diabolical.
