I expected The Summer Hikaru Died to be the big underrated gem of this season, yet this has come out of nowhere for me and is so damn interesting. This could genuinely be a legendary season of anime. Dandadan, Rascal Does not Dream, Call of the Night, Grand Blue, Panty and Stocking, and Dress Up Darling coming in with a list of heavy hitting sequels. Yet there is ALSO Takopi's Original Sin, The Summer Hikaru Died, AND Gachiakuta as insanely high quality new shows. This is so unbelievably stacked, wtf.
