Re-Release of character card and scene data

In any case, censorship linked to article 175 of the penal code does indeed exist, but ask a lawyer and he will tell you that what is legally punishable is the fact of publishing obscene content with the genitals directly exposed on a site where a large number of Japanese people could see them and certainly not a file that contains a scene that must have dozens of manipulations to be decensored, if the publication itself does not show anything then it is not illegal, it is easy to understand but the assholes working at Pixiv use their own botched interpretation to be able to oppress freedom of expression! and the worst is that many Japanese artists think like them, simply because they do not even want to try to think logically about something that anyone would understand! Basically, they say to themselves "that's how it is so there is nothing we can do about it" what a fucking shitty mentality!

2025-01-29 00:11:51 +0000 UTCArticle 175 of the penal code only takes into account direct and explicit exposure of the genitals, so the simple fact of going to look for a scene, opening it with software and then manipulating objects to remove the censorship is not taken into account by the law, so if someone told you otherwise then they are going beyond the guidelines of this law, there are quite a few examples, such as the fact that a Japanese person who goes on the internet can see content without censorship but that it is not illegal because it is foreigners who published the videos, here we are in the same case, but with less direct exposure, so the simple fact of telling you otherwise is an abuse of power, besides Pixiv is very lucky that no one denounces them or filed a complaint for such serious things.
