Summary: A surprisingly scientific study of that sensual shape, the spiral, in which we explore what exactly a spiral is, all the ways it appears in nature, and how humans have used it throughout history. Somewhere along the line I count you down into trance.
CWs: countdown, finger snaps, suggestions to feel good and fall into trance more easily at the sound of my voice, references to mathematics (gasp!) and spirals being used as religious symbols.
