Effects Installer for CaC 2.0
Added 2021-06-12 00:20:13 +0000 UTC- fixed the problem that despite selecting a race to install effects it did it for all, Many thanks to Xero for reconfiguring the installer
-Important, if you install effects for a race and then want to reinstall to activate another, you must reselect the race that you already had selected because otherwise it will be deactivated to install another

I didn't know what caused that but now it should be fixed
