Hello Catherine. I just checked the download files and the hair CC is inside the files. If it wasn't, tray files wouldn't show the hair. Some patrons sent screenshots of him in their game to told me how much they liked it. Maybe you missed the cc or your game may not recognize it. In any case, here is the link for the hair.
