I just got asked about the "silly smile on sims' faces and if is there a way to make them not smile". Well, i'm not aware of that there is a way to make them not smile (other than make them cry all the time lol), but there's a mod by MSQSims that tones the smile a lot down. This way, during normal convos and idle or making chores, walking etc. they smile a lot less. They have more natural facial expressions.
You can download the mod by MSQSims from here (tsr link). You simply download it and put it into your mods folder and all done. But don't forget to re-download the updated version of this mod after game updates. :)
