I didn't create her as an occult sim. If you want her to be a witch, you need to transform her into an occult via asking to a sage at Glimmerbrook or, you can use cheat code " traits.equip_trait trait_Occult_WitchOccult ". If you want to play her as a regular human, you can simply place her into your game :)
