I created Ashley from feminine body frame with male gender, just as you always wanted.
You need to chose their top from ww > male body top (I used Kleos - Adam top V1)
You need to chose their bottom ww > female soft peen & female hard peen (I used Simdulgence's base female medium)
Note that not all peens are compatible for both genders and sometimes can cause little clipping issues.
