Hi Robbie. Eventually, all townies will receive a makeover. But my priority is always monthly sims, then townie makeovers. And there's a lot of townies to work on so this will take long time to finish ALL of the townies. Other than that, if you have issues with townies missing hairs (the ones received makeovers), then you might installed sims incorrectly or you didn't download the necessary townie makeovers from the list. If the townies who didn't receive makeover having missing hair issue, then idk what causes this but the save file is fine. Not compatible with the latest patch though. The save file works fine on 18th of April patch. The save file might have issues with 30th of May patch. Regardless, i'll update the save file in a couple of days to make it compatible with 30th of May patch.
