You need to stay on a stroking budget: Go to your favorite subreddits or better to instagram accounts.
Now go through the pics of some hot person and hope that there are also posts with a series of pics (up to 10 pics in one post). Also choose an account with lots of posts. You only get to use one account/subreddit today
Now every post with one pic is only one stroke, but in a post with several pics you're allowed to stroke the number indicated (e.g. 4/10 means you may stroke 4 times, next pic is 5/10 so you may stroke 5 times to that pic, and so on).
Try to edge scrolling and stroking in this way. You must stop when you have seen every post on the account/subreddit.
