I want you to get flaccid first. Now I grant you a budget of 100 strokes. Use them wisely.
You may edge, or just enjoy the frustration, but after spending the 100 strokes you need to stop and become flaccid again before touching your c0ck again.
Once flaccid again, you may do another round with 100 strokes or go on with your day. You may do as many rounds as you want.
