Good day, my dedicated student. Today's task will push your endurance and self-control to new limits.

## The Task

You'll perform 100 quick self-stimulations, followed by a 5-minute hands-off period. This cycle will be repeated twice.

## Preparation

1. Find a quiet, private space where you can focus without interruptions.

2. Set two timers: one for counting repetitions, another for the 5-minute breaks.

3. Ensure you're comfortable and unrestricted by clothing.

## Execution

1. Begin with 100 quick, consistent self-stimulations. Maintain a steady rhythm.

2. After reaching 100, immediately start the 5-minute timer and keep your hands visible.

3. Use this time to focus on your breathing and the sensations in your body.

4. When the 5 minutes are up, repeat the cycle once more.

## The Finish

After completing the second cycle, take a moment to stand still and observe how your body feels.

## Aftercare

Jot down your experiences. How did the intensity change between cycles? Was the second set more challenging? Reflect on your growing self-discipline.
