Logan Reynolds: One of Elric's henchmen, found in neutral and sub routes of Ursus
Mack Williams: CEO of Ursus and one of your love interests.
Elric Adams: Vice-President of Ursus and one of the love interests.
Rex Ambrose: One of the police officers, you run into him on one of the random events through the city, and you can find him in the precinct.
