At the top of my head: Porunga from Dragon Ball (there's a DBZF mod of him from Reyriders that gave him thick legs if you prefer that), Goddramon from Digimon, Draconic Enforcer Khan from Paladins, Byakko from a hentai called Shoujo Senki Soul Eater, and Beast from X-Men.
