9월달의 세번째 보상입니다 

티파와 더블어 제가 좋아하는 캐릭터라서 그런지 개인적으로는 마음에 들게 그려졌습니다 

여러분들도 이 그림이 마음에 드셨으면 좋겠네요 

그리고 아이디어 모집에 관한 공지가 있습니다

이번 달 아이디어 모집을 대충 훑어보니 중복되는 아이디어나 이번 달에 이미 리스트에 포함된 아이디어가 이었는데

그것들을 빼면 아이디어 슬롯이 두세 개 정도 남을 것 같습니다

그래서 그것들을 어떻게 처리할까 고민하다가 포스팅되 글에 아이디어를 적지 않고 저에게 직접 아이디어를 보낸 분들이 

몇분 계서서 이번달 까지만 그 분들께 아이디어 슬롯을 할당하기로 결정했습니다 

하지만 다음달 부터는 정책을 약간 변경해서 포스팅된 글에 덧글로 달아주신 아이디어만 인정할 생각입니다

지금까지는 아이디어가 25개까지 차는경우가 거이 없어서 느슨하게 운영해도 별 문제가 없었습니다만 

이번달에는 아이디어 모집이 2시간도 안돼서 마감이 될정도로 호응이 많았습니다 

그래서 계속 이런식으로 느슨하게 운영한다면 앞으로 문제가 생기리라 예상됩니다

개인적으로 는 이런식으로 규칙을 새워놓고  따르게 하는 방식은 좀 몰인정해 보이는 느낌도 들고

선을 긋는것 같아서 그다지 좋아하지는 않지만 

그럼에도 불고하고 누구나 어느정도 수긍할수 있는 규칙을 새우지 않으면 오래갈수 없다고 생각했기때문에 

이렇게 운영방침을 정했으니 이로인해 불편함이 생기실 분들은 조금만 양해를 부탁드립니다 

대신 아이디어 모집글을 게시할 시간을 미리 공지해서 관심 있으신 분들은 놓지지 않도록 배려하겠습니다 

그럼 그림 즐겁게 감상하시고 주말이신 분들은 주말 즐겁게 잘 보내시고 아직 주말이 안되신 분들은 남은 하루 잘 마무리 

하시길 바라겠습니다 

그리고 한국 분들은 이제 곧 추석인데 추석 잘 보내시고 고향에 내려가시는 분들은 안전한 귀성길이 되시길 기원합니다

Tifa and Double A are my favorite characters, so it was fun to draw them and I like the finished drawing.

It's about recruiting ideas this month. I checked and there are duplicate ideas.

Excluding them, I think there are two or three idea slots left.

I was thinking about how to handle this slot

And there were people who wrote ideas directly to me and sent them to me.

Until this month, I decided to allocate slots to them.

However, from next month, we will change the policy slightly and only accept ideas that you have posted as comments.

Until now, there have been very few cases where the number of ideas is up to 25, so there was no problem with loose operation.

This month, the reception of ideas was so well received that it was closed in less than two hours.

So, if you continue to operate loosely in this way, it is expected that problems will arise in the future.

Personally, I don't like this way of making rules and having them follow them because it looks a bit cold.

Even so, I thought that it would not last long if I did not establish rules that anyone could agree to to some extent.

We have established this operating policy, so we ask for your understanding in case of any inconvenience caused by this.

Instead, we will notify you in advance of the time to post an idea recruitment article so that those who are interested do not miss it.

So, enjoy the pictures, and if you're on the weekend, have a good weekend, and if you're not on the weekend, finish the rest of the day well.

Also, note that the next drawing will be drawn in the order of Naruto's Kushina Uzumaki, lol's Katarina, and genshin impact's Raiden Shogun.

9月の3度目の補償です

エアレスは私が好きなキャラクターなので個人的にはこの絵が気に入ります。

皆さんもこの絵が気に入ったらと思います。

そして、アイデア募集に関するお知らせがあります。

今月のアイデア募集にざっと目を通してみたところ、重複するアイデアや今月既にリストに含まれているアイデアがあり、

それらを除けばアイデアスロットが 2, 3個くらい残ると思います。

それで、そのスロットをどのように処理しようか悩んだのですが、掲示文にアイディアを書かずに私に直接アイディアを送ってくださった方たちが何人かいらっしゃいました。

それで今月まで彼らにアイディアスロットを 割り当てることにしました。

しかし来月からは政策を若干変更してポスティングされた文に上書きで書いてくださったアイディアだけ認めるつもりです。

今まではアイデアが25個まで埋まることがほとんどなかったので緩く運営しても別に問題がなかったのですが、

今月はアイデア募集が2時間足らずで締め切られるほど反応が多かったです。

それで、ずっとこのように緩んで運営していたらこれから問題が発生すると予想されます。

個人的には、こういう風に規則を立てて 従わせるやり方は、非人情に見える気もするし

線を引くようであまり好きではないが

それでも尚且つと誰もがある程度納得できるルールを立てないと長続きしないと思っていたので

このように運営方針を決めましたので、これによって不便に感じられる方は、少しだけご了承ください。

その代わり、アイディア募集文を掲示する時間を事前に公示して、関心のある方は見逃さないように配慮します。

では絵を楽しく鑑賞して、週末の方は楽しく 週末を過ごして、まだ週末になってない方は 残りの一日をしっかり仕上げて

してほしいです。
