Free Map Pack - Small Town Estate!

Merry Christmas to ALL of you that have chosen to join me in this mapping journey. I am truly thankful for all of you and for our great community.

This  small town estate is a 2-story home that could be placed into any  village, town or city in your game world. It depicts a small, but well  decorated and spacious home that could serve a variety of roles withing  your campaign.

Potential Uses:

Employer - The party is employed by a wealthy merchant at the edge of town. The  merchant enjoys fine things and is looking to hire the party to locate  and return a prize beast to add to their collection, at a premium cost.

Resource - The estate may belong to a noble or wealthy ex-adventurer that has  something the party needs, whether that be information, influence, an  artifact, etc... Before they can obtain what they need, they may just  have to provide a service.

Enemy - This corrupt official's home is watched by several guards at all  times, keeping their lord safe -- or so they think. The party may have  tracked several questionable goings-on about town back to this estate,  and now need to confront the noble/mayor.

Heist - The estate's owner is a collector and has some valuable pieces  upstairs in his main office. The party may be tasked with retrieving a  particular one in order to forward their story.

I've  included the base map and a PNG transparent tile that can be placed  atop it in VTT of the 2nd Floor, which includes additional bedrooms,  formal dining area, private office and more. I've also included a  concept image from Midjourney to help set the stage.

I've attached a ZIP file with a high-res image of the base map and a PNG transparent tile of the 2nd Floor that could be laid over top the first in any VTT.
