Hey guys!
I'm super excited about this one, because it turned out to be a massive area that could be a highly reusable piece within your game world. I definitely need to credit Jolly Draginbeard and Gavin Dea over at GM Arts and Maps, who had come up with the base design of the location for one of their games and were kind enough to let me Morvoldify it. ;)

We've also got another collaboration with James RPG Art for a wonderful concept scene and animation! For this Map Pack, James has created an awesome depiction of the open kitchen in the massive Gathering Hall -- the perfect place to sit back, relax and meeting with some dwarven traders or catch up on the latest gossip from the deep dark places of the world!
James' RPG Art makes animated scenes to help players visualize environments and add immersion and tone to your games. He has created over 300 scenes from official WotC adventures and many unique locations that are often found in a D&D adventure. He releases 4 new locations each month for his patrons.

This map is a MASSIVE dwarven outpost found in the hills, featuring many different areas and possibilities for uses within your campaign(s). The outpost is comprised of several parts:
1. Hillside Exterior
2. Cavernous Dwarven Gathering Hall
3. Dwarven Throne Room & Royal Quarters
4. Dwarven Shrine & Common Quarter
5. Outlying Tunnels

This map plays on a massive 140 x 110 scale and provide a huge playground for all kinds of awesome interactions and encounters. Players can explore the location, arriving from the exterior, making their way into the outpost, meeting dwarven contacts and potentially finding themselves behind secreted doors to some of the dwarven city beyond!
Due to the size, I will likely be creating a walkthrough video to describe all of the various chambers and my ideas for how they could play in your games, which I will upload tomorrow.
How can I use this map?
I would likely use this map for a variety of purposes:
Character Background Location
Have a dwarf in the party? They might be a Bellhammer, or related to a Bellhammer, or left for dead in the neighboring hillside to be food for wolves only to be rescued and raised by some sympathetic Bellhammers! This would be a great place to tie your PC's background to and have a huge location for supporting all kinds of fun family-based narratives.
Resource Location
The party needs a particular resource and these dwarves have got it! Precious metals, mastercrafted weaponry, gemstones, ancient relics, deep knowledge -- you may have to pay a pretty penny, but it's worth it to take one step closer to stopping that BBEG who has you traipsing all over the countryside.
Starting Location
Your PC's may be in the employ of the Bellhammer Mine, scouting the neighboring hillside, guarding caravans of finished goods to nearby settlements or even dealing with trouble down in the dank dark mines, all paying you in cold hard cash!
Political Fun
Dwarves generally show a unified front, but greed can get the better of all of them, and rival clans may be vying for some way to lay claim to a new mine, be the first to discover a precious vein or otherwise compete with their family and kin. And insulting kinsmen to their face can be tricky, which is why outsiders are the perfect solution! Pawns for Gold!
Travel Destination
This location has [2] different methods of quick travel to new locations, an elevator to the Deep Roads that run through the mountains and into the Underdark, and a Dwarven Drill vehicle that could take them to all manner of places conventional caravans just aren't equipped to go!

I'd also like to take this opportunity to introduce you to what I hope will become a new standard for our Map Packs, Sprites by Katsudon Art!
This Map Pack features a Bellhammer Dwarf whose always happy to see a visitor!

These sprites will be included with the Map Pack, as well as a token of them you can use in the game, should you so wish! =)
I hope you guys enjoy this map and can use it for a lot of neat encounters and immersive sessions -- I think it has the potential to be a lot of fun. =)
