This is my interpretation of the Web's Edge from the module, Vecna - Eve of Ruin, which explores a lair in the underdark, home to some cultists and a large interdimensional creature of nightmares.

The location is difficult to find, as the door is hidden within twisting tunnels or rock and stone, and the cultists have disguised the initial chamber to look old and forgotten, home to a long-failed caravan of explorers. The other chambers are detailed as per the module, but could certainly be used to house a variety of bandits, drow or cultists flavored to live within your own homebrew world.

I've included this month's Sprite, Gertrude, a female cyclops captive that is the single remaining member of her raiding party. Art by Katsudon Art.
