This is my interpretation of the Far Realm location, Spawn Hollow from the module Phandelver & Below: The Shattered Obelisk.

This particular location represents a location with Slaadi can reproduce in unusual ways and features a portal by which the party arrives (and hopefully leaves) from to explore and experience what fun such a place has to offer. The location has been dressed according to the module, but DM's wanting to provide some interdimensional travel for their party to locate some creature, artifact or knowledge in the Far Realm could certainly make use of this map for your own homebrew campaign.

What is the Far Realm?

The Far Realm is a plane of madness and horror situated very far from the other Planes of Existence. This maddening realm is comprised of an infinite amount of thin, translucent planes comprised of elements most mortals are incapable of comprehending. Visitors may be driven mad or twisted into gruesome monsters and it is from this realm that Aberrations came, such as Beholders, Mind Flayers, Elder Brains, Slaadi, Aboleth, Grell, Flumph, etc..

Included in the Map Pack is a Red Slaad sprite, by Katsudon Art.

It comes with a token you can use for your VTT play, as well.
