Blackwell Manor Map Pack [84 x 100]!

I created the following 2-Floor Noble  Manor (with an eventual lower level) to provide a lush and elegantly themed environment for a variety of campaign/adventure purposes, some of  which are mentioned below:

| Ravenloft themed castle or manor to house a prominent NPC or BBEG.

| Headquarters for the PC's, or a temporary base of operations.

| Mage Guild for one of your magical organizations.

| Noble Estate for use with Heists, Murder Mysteries or Haunted Mansions.

The  floors contain quarters for [4] Nobles, [1] Guard Captain, [1] Head  Servant, [2] Important NPC's, [1] Wizard/Advisor, [8] Guest Rooms and  much more.

--

For the 1ST FLOOR, I've included the following rooms:

Entry Turnabout  - For carriages arriving with their nobles, a convenient turnabout   moving about a lit fountain makes it easy to keep guests arriving to the   party on time.

Carriage House [Exterior] - A carriage house and small stables for the the Blackwell's Carriage is located to the southwest of the mansion.

Family Crypt [Exterior]  - The upper level of a crypt can be found to the northwest of the   Blackwell's estate, holding the recently late Lady Blackwell, along with   some other family members. A secret door leads to a staircase leading   down toward a Lower Crypt.

The Great Hall  - A long hallway welcomes guests with lit candles leading toward the   large office of Lord Blackwell, with many passages leading off along the   way.

Guard Station  - In the southeast corner of the compound, a guard station provides  the  watch men to congregate, rest between shifts and catch meals before   resuming patrols.

Guard Barracks  - A spacious barracks provides room for about [8] guards that live on   the grounds, though more room exists below in the basement.

Officer's Quarters  - The head of the guards has an office and private quarters in the   mansion and ensures the safety of Lord Blackwell and the grounds.

Bathing Pool  - Located in the southwest corner of the mansion, a refreshing pool   provides guests with a way to relax and clean up after a long journey to   visit.

Guest Quarters  - In the southwest corner of the mansion, [4] guest rooms provide  ample  space for visitors that have come to call upon Lord Blackwell.

Drawing/Sitting Room  - Located west of the great hall, a drawing/sitting room is prepared  to  entertain formal guests with comfortable seating and ample  refreshment.

Dining Hall  - Located west of the great hall, a spacious formal dining room   provides settings for [19] guests, when the occasion calls for it.

Kitchen & Storage  - Located west of the Great Hall, a spacious kitchen holds busy cooks   and servants hastily preparing meals for the nobility and guests. A   storage chamber houses most of their goods, while a staircase leads down   into the cellars.

Servant's Quarters - Located in the northwest corner of the mansion, these quarters house the many live-in servants.

Head Servant's Quarters - The head servant of the house has an office and private quarters located off the main servant's quarters.

Lord Blackwell's Office  - Located on the far northern end of the hall is Lord Blackwell's   Office, a grand chamber where he holds most of his formal business   meetings and resides during the day to study his affairs.

Library  - Located in the northeastern part of the mansion, this expansive   library offers many worthwhile tomes and comfortable seating for those   in search of knowledge.

Brother's Quarters  - Located east of the Great Hall are a pair of bedrooms and living   quarters held by [2] brothers, a swordsman and sorcerer that serve the   Blackwell family. They can frequently be found there, pursuing the tasks   Lord Blackwell has provided to them.

Ballroom  - Located east of the Great Hall is a spacious Ballroom, where Lady   Blackwell held many parties and events. They are held to this day,   though Lord Blackwell is rumored to be a reclusive and stodgy host,   often leaving the guests to entertain themselves after making his   presence known with a welcome address.

For the 2ND FLOOR, I've included the following rooms:

Lord Blackwell's Bedroom & Private Quarters - Located at the far northern end of the manor, Lord Blackwell has both a spacious front office and private bedroom behind it.

Secret Room | Scrying Circle   - Located to the southwest of Lord Blackwell's bedroom is a scrying   circle that could be used to spy on visiting guests or distance enemies,   etc...

Secret Room | Teleportation Portal  - Located to the southeast of Lord Blackwell's bedroom is a   teleportation portal that can be used to travel to other locations,   other parts of the estate or potentially gate in other creatures.

Lady Blackwell's Quarters  - Located on the west side of the noble quarters, Lady Blackwell's   personal quarters contain a sitting room and sun room for her flowers,   while a private bedroom lay beyond. Recently deceased, Lord Blackwell   has servants maintain all of the flowers and keep the room as she did in   life.

Noble Sibling's Quarters  - Located on the east side of the noble quarters, the chambers of a   sibling contain a spacious open area and private bedroom, featuring a   personal shrine to the Dark Goddess. Potentially a cleric or other   divine servant.

Minor Noble's Quarters   - Located in the southwest of the noble quarters, the chambers of a   minor noble (i.e. offspring, relative, etc...) include a comfortable   common and private bedroom.

Grand Dining Hall-   Located in the center of the of manor is a massive, marble-floored   dining hall where Lord Blackwell can entertain many guests, with a   variety of direct and indirect entrances.

Shrine - Located in the southwest section of the noble quarters, a shrine devoted to the Dark Goddess exists for loyal followers.

Guest Rooms  - Located in the southwest corner of the manor, a 2nd floor of Guest   Rooms exists to provide visiting guests with comfortable quarters. This   area is provided a private stairway, as well as normally locked away   from the rest of the estate via a single door used primarily be   servants.

Guest Room Common Area  - Located in the guest wing, a common area exists for visiting guests   to assemble, relax and mingle during their stay, especially when the   larger entertaining chambers are not in use.

Trophy Room  - Located in the southeast part of the estate, a trophy room and study   provides room to mingle and relax for guests with a bar and  comfortable  seating.

Wizard's Chambers  - Located in the southeast part of the manor, the estate of a   wizard/councilor exists with a spacious living area and private   bedchambers.

General Storage  - Located in the southeast part of the manor, a general storage room   allows for storage of important materials, resources and goods of the   house.

This map also comes with a Blackwell Carriage Token, if you would like to use it in cities or along the road to introduce the character to the players and bring them to the Manor, or if the players decide to steal it and ride it out of the estate.

Tier Rewards will be sent out soon.

I hope you enjoy it!!

Understood! Great! Thanks!!

Davide Tesini

Nope -- this is just a noble manor/estate that I've themed toward a particular look/feel. I have a story in my head of the type of person Lord Blackwell may be, but it's meant to be used for...anything -- a heist, a murder mystery, a social encounter, the lair of the BBEG, a mage guild, a player's headquarters, etc...

Jeff Todd

beautiful work! One question: is this related to a specific quest / adventure? Thanks
