Overwork

Guys, I don't have many problems keeping up the pace, but right now I am definitely overworking if I compare the income to the hours I spend everyday on pictures and animations :\

This will inevitably lead to a minimum pledge increase sometime in the future (like from 1$ to 3$), it depends how much the groth will stale or decrease.

Or I should simply slow down the pace for a while and you get less comics.

Next month I shall open an extra slot for the 50$ tier.

I am considering commissions but I hate doing them. A lot. Those will be the very last resource.

And you are correct :) thanks man

I need a GIF tier because, well, that is basically a commission tier. 1 GIF per month isn't much work at all. I could indeed slow down on extra animations like Kanna/Saikawa and the diaper quest one, which I simply enjoy making but they take a huge amount of time and dedication.

And don't worry about patrons leaving. Patreon is something that's often in flux due to the nature of it. A lot of people paid minimum amounts so they could read the DWA story. You don't want to think about the patrons you lost when it ended. Instead, think about the patrons who joined for it and stayed for your other continued content.

I think you should consider slowing the pace a little. The animations are fantastic, but those you should do when they excite you and when you have the time, rather than as part of a Patreon tier.

Sketches are definitely not a problem, they're quick to make. What kills me is the rest, mostly the animations. One comic page is just fine, really. I could just take it easy on animations for a while. I would also like to offer something better for the 10$ reward but I can't think of anything.

I would say for the time being to close the suggestion box. Change the $5 reward tier to something else for the time being.

I should slow the pace down for a week or two, maybe. Pages and sketches are no problem at all, it's all the extra I do which burns me out (plus, right now I am studying so that drains me off as well but it won't be for long)

Even though i wouild love to see more content and a price increase is justified, i would suggest slowing down so you dont overwork yourself and burn out.

I should. My biggest fear? That even more people will leave. This month I lost about 40 patrons, that's a big number.

Slow down a bit and take a breather perhaps?
