Patron Exclusive - Morvold Mini #6 - Grandmaster Monk (Gold Dragon)

I am excited to bring to you the sxith Morvold Mini, an exclusive Patron-only benefit being offered to Tier 1+ Patrons moving forward -- the Grandmaster Monk, a polymorphed form of the Gold Dragon from the Gold Dragon Monastery & Lair map.

Each month, the plan is to bring you an STL file of a custom sculpted miniature for your table that pairs with one of the maps that I've created and, potentially, has some additional art surrounding the piece. You can print this STL file out yourself or have it printed/shipped from any number of businesses that offer those services.

The STL file is attached to this post and will be available until July 15th, 2025, when it will be removed and added to the Patreon store, so make sure you download it now!

This miniature was conceived to pair with the Golden Dragon Monastery and Golden Dragon Lair maps, serving as both the elder monk of the monastery and the Gold Dragon after the party learns that he is one and the same.

The sculpt was based off a character illustration by Clark Ocleasa, featuring the polymorphed human form of the dragon:

When creating the base map, I thought it would be a great location for potential social interactions, the location of a powerful resource or artifact or perhaps the location of a high-level conflict between enemies of the monastery and the monks living there.

And so I thought it'd be a lot of fun to bring this character to the table as a printable Morvold Mini STL, done in a custom sculpt by Corvinus Creations. Not only could it be used in the Gold Dragon Monastery map, but as a potential character in other parts of your world that the Gold Dragon may be taking an interest:
