How we make animations

Step 1: Choose a pose. We choose a pose for the animation and sketch it out, usually poorly.
Step 2: Refine the sketch
Step 3: Render the sketch into final pixel art.
Step 4: Add the background
Step 5: Animation
The animation process involves chopping up the characters into smaller pieces so that they are easier to deal with. We first use spheres to show the animation easing, action and reaction. We build upon that base one piece at a time until the final animation is completed.
