[My Art] The Ransom Loophole

Remember a while back when I mentioned that Kat's extortion methods work 90% of the time? Ever wonder what happens the other 10%? Sometimes Kat picks a bad mark and she's left with a broke pretty boy that can't muster up the measly $80 ransom she'd set. This pretty boy is Jacob, the boyfriend of our imprisoned victim. It's been seven days and he still hasn't ponied up a red cent to get his girlfriend back. Who know's if he's really broke? Maybe he just doesn't care? Regardless, Kat can't just keep a student imprisoned for over a week. It's too much work to keep her from running away and taking care she doesn't croak is its own hassle. So, Kat harangues the young man to her house so that he can collect his "precious" girlfriend. All he has to do is lay back and eventually he'll get her back straight from the source.
