P.S (Important):
This animation works well with the default Simdulgence Frank Benis model (Girth 10 - 80% | Length 0 - 100%)

Also (again): Body fat affects the placement of the benis of your male sims so if certain BJ Animations are having some kind of clipping issues (especially on the mouth / lips), adjusting the body fat would fix it (kind of lol)

If your sim is too thin, the placement of the benis will go up (a little). For thicker male sims, it's the opposite (I used Full muscle || 40 - 50% Body fat on CAS).
