I don't know what it was about this page, but I wanted to rage so fucking hard on it. I seriously have to clean it up or something down the line.

Went and saw Castle of Cagliostro on Tuesday night. Didn't care much for the opening bit with John Lasseter. He didn't say anything particularly new, and the guy he was talking to him oozed that feigned interest that made me want to mute the thing.

The actual movie itself was amazing, of course. However, for some reason there was a stuttering issue. Whenever there was a panning shot, it looked all laggy like. Didn't take me out of the movie, but it was a bit jarring seeing the issue.

They didn't show credits for the film at all, instead opting to show interviews with Monkey Punch and some others. I liked how Monkey Punch was praising the film, considering how much he didn't like it back when it first came out. Then again, what with Miyazaki becoming a household name years later, I'd change my tune too.

Also, for those wondering, the final count of people in the theater was 8. One of which came in halfway through the film.
