Discord Channel Changes

Long version:
So yeah! Restructuring the discord channel! Making it so that it's now open to everyone in the $5 tier and up. Idea is that certain tiers get access to certain channels instead of having only one tier get access. All the developmental channels where I'm working on the comic, RPG story, Cooper sketches, and more will still be behind the $20 tier only. However, I'm creating more channels for general chat. This is still early in development, and channels can be added/changed/etc. For now I have just 3 up to act as a starter.
