Last night consisted of me of finally getting the website (latisbooks.com) set up so that I could finally direct people to it to read Bodysuit 23, which will hopefully lead them to other things I work on, such as MG Dallas and whatever else will come down the road. Basically, a single destination for all my work.
But then it fucked up.
Since I already have hosting from squarespace for the past few years, I thought I'd try and use it. I only saw one attempt at a template (http://clayyount.com/blog/2015/6/18/no-template-style), with only one real issue that I felt would probably never be an issue for me. Can't imagine there being 1000 Bodysuit 23 pages. So I got to work.
As the comic above suggests, when you read through the comic, it skips from page 35 and jumps way the fuck ahead. Now, I uploaded up to page 35 back at the end of last month. Everything was fine. Then last night I uploaded pages 36-274. Before I started going back and deleting comic pages, it would jump up to page 178. My guess is that due to the way the archive system works, it can only handle 100 updates per month before going out of whack, and only moving through the most recent 100 updates. The skipped pages are in the system, but the button at the bottom will gray out if you go to any of those pages.
Do any of you guys have any sort of idea as a way to fix this? Or will I have to wait until November, upload a chunk, then finish it in December where uploading massive amounts of comic pages will no longer be an issue?
