Hot damn! May's just about finished! It's almost been half the year already! Time flies!

And about 8 months since the last episode of MG Dallas came out.

Honestly, at this point I'd probably consider the MG Dallas series a failure considering how fucking awful it's been at trying to get episodes released. Whether it be months of delays due to waiting for the cover to be drawn, waiting months for the editing, or my own failing at writing the episodes faster. I'm pretty sure most people who'd read previous episodes probably don't care about it at this point. Or worse, they've forgotten it due to how long it's taken. Either that or I pissed people off with the huge stretches of time between releases. It super bums me out that it's been so incredibly fucked.

Once the story is finished I'm gonna have to completely change how I go about writing stuff from now on. Instead of writing longer works broken up in episodic chunks, I should stick with shorter stories that can be told at one go. There's plenty of other things I wanna write, but before I can even think about getting to them MG Dallas needs to finish first or else I'll never get it done.

Anyway, my editor friend is still in the process of moving, so no idea when it'll be ready.

All of my writings are available on the $20 tier through discord since I talk to my editor friend on there. MG Dallas is available for $10 people though.

Ah. That's pretty much out of your hands, I guess. The only thing you might consider is looking for different alpha and beta readers...

Part of the issue is waiting for feedback/editing. Sometimes it takes people months to get back to me on something and by then I've already lost interest to do anything with it or I feel the need to redo it. That rpg visual novel went through like 5-6 rewrites before I ultimately trashed it.

Ah, but does Kevin know that? Perhaps this curious gap in an anime addict's knowledge means something...

Perrin Rynning

I recommend focusing on building up a regular writing routine, and perhaps building it up over time. Everything else waits on that. I suggest something like 750words.com or an equivalent to help make daily writing into a habit.

"What could possibly go wrong... And how could it get worse?" Is the basis for more fiction than any other compound question.

Also it's called a cheongsam.

Why do I get a bad feeling about this? Like he's going to rip it or otherwise ruin it and we spend ten pages trying to find some way to fix it before Miranda comes back? Kevin, don't do it! Nooooo!
