Regarding Events In A Few Months (music unrelated)

So as you know (or if you didn't know til now), I work at an Amazon warehouse full time, so 10 hour shifts four days a week. Normally this is a nonissue as I have plenty of time to work on the comic and other things (when I'm not procrastinating).

However, starting in little under two months is the holiday shopping season, which begins in the US the day after Thanksgiving, otherwise known as Black Friday. For the period of about a month people start shopping like crazy to prepare for the holidays.

This period of four weeks at Amazon is known as "peak season" (not sure if it's also called that anywhere else as I never heard it til I started working there). During these four weeks, mandatory overtime is in effect every day of the week until after Christmas (Dec. 26th). Mandatory overtime means staying at work an extra hour a day, making them 11 hour shifts, along with having an extra day of the week of work, meaning there's 5 day work weeks. With a thirty minute lunch, that means I'll be at work for a total of 11 and a half hours five days a week. On Saturday and Sundays when I go to work, my commute time is only about thirty five minutes. However, during the week my commute easily doubles as I'm stuck driving in rush hour traffic, taking me an hour to get to work. On a normal 10 hour day, I get off early enough to beat morning rush hour traffic, but on 11 hour shift days I wind up getting stuck in traffic, taking me an hour to get home. So all in all my day winds up being about 13 and a half hours long.

To top it off, I've recently started working a different position in my area that requires me to stay behind after work, ranging anywhere between 10 to 40 minutes. The job requiring me to be constantly standing/walking all over the place non stop, I'm pretty exhausted after all is said and done.

Reason I'm saying all this is because once the holidays roll around, there's no way I'm gonna be able to pump out the usual two strips a week during that time frame. It will most likely wind up being one strip a week as I allow myself at least one day of the weekend to let me sleep in and relax. Commission stuff will also most likely come to a halt during that time frame as well.

Right now I'm unsure how things will go down during that time frame. Maybe I'll do some sort of Christmas special with the four strips for that month and find someone to help produce additional content for you guys to enjoy to make up for the lack of the usual strips.

Since this is still a bit of ways away and things can change at the drop of a hat, so don't take this as being 100% final. Maybe more like 90%. I just want you guys to be aware of the potential of there being less than usual content during that stretch of time.
