Gonna try doing shading/highlights again.

After waiting many years, I finally got to see Evangelion 3.33. That sure was a movie with things sort of going on! My big question is: what the hell is going on with other people in the world? How are they shaping up or involved with NERV vs Wille? Also, how many people are even involved with NERV anymore? Didn't seem to be that many people around. After third impact, did Gendo hire an artist to design a new logo for them to plaster around? Where did he find them? Where did he get the new logo printed so he can plaster it on the walls? Or did he paint them on the walls himself as a weekend project? Is he secretly a talented graphic designer and we never knew because he was too busy being the world's greatest dad?
