Added 2016-03-08 16:11:49 +0000 UTCThe past couple days at work I noticed there being a lot of trash on the floor. Like, fucking all over the place where I work. Not only that, but the trashcans at each station are full as fuck. It isn't THAT uncommon, but still. Anyway, learned today this is because the warehouse was planning to fire the company that does the cleaning and get a new one that starts next week. However, the people at that other company learned about this, so they all quit before they could be fired.
Moral of the story: don't let the people you're gonna fire know they're gonna be fired. Especially if they are janitorial staff.

Folks need to stop taking the maintenance staff for granted. Like the rule about absolutely not messing with the doctor or the cook on a ship.
