To make coloring more enjoyable, I started watching Chowder, which I skipped back when it was on the air due to really hating Cartoon Network and all the bullshit they were doing as a network (Remember all that live action shows? On CARTOON Network?) Plus I was at the height of my weeaboo days then, so if it wasn't an American cartoon made back when I was a youngster or Pixar, I didn't care all that much.
Chowder is a lot of fun. Silly humor that makes me laugh out loud. Third episode they had a Katamari Damacy reference that wasn't super shoved into your face, which is how references should be done (unless you're paid by a friend to shove one in, then hey, money's money (see strip #61)).
Bit of a shame that it was cancelled. Came on the air at the wrong time. Good thing Cartoon Network got their shit together and have since made a bunch of good shit since then.
