How was everyone's Christmas? I spent mine with the family, which was alright for the most part. It's always a joy to listen to my dad's politics.

Started getting on the treadmill again since I've gained weight because of the holidays. Let myself more loose this year compared to last year, where I basically threw out anything sweets related. I hop on for around 40 odd minutes and (according to the treadmill) burn about 600 calories going constantly uphill. Whether I'm actually burning that many calories who knows, but it's nice to dream.

With me on the treadmill again I started watching some dubbed anime. Was watching the simuldub of that new slime isekai anime, but after catching up I'm gonna hold off until the end of the second cour before resuming so I can mostly one shot it without waiting week to week. So instead I swapped over to Lupin the Third: Part 4. I started watching the subbed version ways back, but then decided to hold off for the English dub, which used mostly the same voice cast of the 1979 red jacket series English dub. I have nostalgia for that old dub as that was my introduction to the Lupin the Third series, so hearing them reprise their roles has been fun. And man, the animation in it is top notch. Hoping Part 5 gets a dub down the road as well.
