For the past two weeks I've been stuck in a writer's hell in regards to MGD episode 6. The beginning was smooth sailing for the most part, but afterward I right into a wall. It really annoys the hell out of me as I typically like to write in sequential order vs. writing various scenes and then stitching them together. It makes it easier for me as sometimes as I write I think of new ideas for story progression and if I write stuff that happens later beforehand there's a good chance I'll wind up having to throw it all away.
However, late into work yesterday I finally caved in and decided to skip ahead for the sake of getting stuff done. There's a huge chunk of story where the earlier stuff doesn't necessarily impact it yet, so I figured I'll write all that out up until where the points in the story converge, then go back and try to rework the section I'm struggling. Hopefully by the time I have that all finished I'll have figured out how to climb that stupid ass writer's block.
