Spent most of the day with my mother. The rest of the family was with their in-laws this year. We'll have our "family Christmas" Saturday.

2019-12-26 12:50:30 +0000 UTCI have had the last few xmas's pass me by the last two years due to not wanting to be seen by my immediate family, this is due to me coming out of the girls closet. This one was different and more special because due to life events I didn't have a current home to go too anymore. However, I was welcomed and accepted by family I've rarely seen who live up north who wanted to help me to have a new start in life. That was a few weeks ago, and yesterday I truly felt seen, talked to, and genuinely felt love with compassion. It truly did feel like xmas again.
